About The Pilot Program

Founded in 2020 by Rudwell Bongani Nkosi who was born in Dwaleni, Mbombela, who is an ex-South African Navy submariner. Currently employed as a Senior Technician at In2Food Group and work part-time as an international model under Topco International Model Management Agency.

The Pilot Program has been at the forefront of humanitarian efforts, providing critical aid to kids affected by poverty, natural disasters and conflicts.

Our mission is to create sustainable solutions that empower kids to build better futures for themselves. We believe in the power of collective action and the importance of compassion in driving meaningful.

To help save one million children from communities across Mzansi who are at risk of ending up on the streets..

Our Aim

To support government efforts by creating a communitty driven fund that unlocks and utilises the skills of young south africas within their own communities. We aim to establish a year-round mentorship program that supports learners.
